FIS PRIVATE CAPITAL SUITE (INVESTRAN)

We have extensive knowledge of Investran and have worked with the platform for many years. With such an established platform, the majority of issues are data related, in addition to supporting implementation, migrations or upgrades we can quickly resolve or identify how any issue might be resolved.  

• Implementation: Full support with optimal set up to meet your requirements now and going forward.
• Migration: We can help with transforming your existing data set from your legacy platform or excel into a format that will allow for import into Investran. A job the platform providers often cannot support because of the accounting knowledge required, and one that will typically extend out any migration because you don't have the time or resources to manipulate / import and validate the data on top of your business as usual.
• Reporting / integration: We can build and amend reports to suit your needs. We can provide advice on best practice for Investran use and how well it integrates with other platforms.

CRM TOOLS

We have used multiple CRMs over the years, they are a key part of any business, the best ones are those that are managed well. The CRM used is usually synonymous with the industry focus, so selecting the right one is less about the tool and more about whether the team are happy to use it religiously. We can provide support on best practises and in particular how CRMs can connect to downstream platforms that adds more value to the regular use of the platform.

INVESTOR PORTALS

An investor portal is one of the main ways to communicate to your clients. Design is important, but accurate and up to date data is imperative. Some platforms will come with investor portals as part of the solution, but these don't always meet with a firms investor reporting and communication requirements.
